Twentieth-rankedRoseto (4-15) made lots of trouble for third ranked Brindisi (13-6). The visitors from Brindisi managed to secure only one-point victory 67-66 . However their fans expected much easier game. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Zach Copeland (193-1997, college: Illinois St.) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and 7 rebounds. His fellow American import point guard Blake Francis (183-1998, college: Richmond) contributed with 16 points for the winners. American point guard Justin Robinson (170-1995, college: Monmouth) answered with 13 points, 8 assists and 4 steals and naturalized Serbian forward Danilo Petrovic (203-1999) added 14 points in the effort for Roseto. Roseto's coach Alessandro Finelli rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Brindisi keeps a position of league leader, which they share with 3 other teams. Roseto at the other side stay at the bottom place with 15 games lost.
