There was no surprise when 9th rankedCremona (5-8) was defeated on the road by sixth ranked Armani Milano (9-4) 91-74 on Monday. Danish Shavon Shields (201-1994, college: Nebraska) fired 22 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. British point guard Quinn Ellis (195-2003) chipped in 12 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists. Senegalese Ousmane Ndiaye (210-2004) produced 12 points and 7 rebounds and American guard Payton Willis (193-1998, college: Minnesota) added 11 points and 4 assists respectively for lost side. Five Milano and four Cremona players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Armani Milano have a solid series of four victories in a row.
