Date: January 4, 2026
No shocking result in a game when seventh rankedScafati (12-8) crushed at home 12th ranked Bergamo (9-10) 78-59 on Sunday. The winners were led by the former international point guard Bruno Mascolo (192-1996, agency: Players Group) who scored that evening 14 points, 6 rebounds and 9 assists and American forward Terry Allen (203-1993, college: Richmond, agency: One Motive Sports) supported him with 12 points and 7 rebounds. Four Scafati players scored in double figures. Even 22 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists by American guard DAngelo Harrison (193-1993, college: St.John's) did not help to save the game for Bergamo . Guard Gabriele Stefanini (191-1999, college: USF, agency: BIG) added 17 points and 9 rebounds for the guests. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Scafati have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Livorno Libertas and Fortitudo. Loser Bergamo keeps the twelfth position with ten games lost. They share it with Mestre. Scafati will meet Milano Urania (#15) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Bergamo will play against Livorno Libertas and hope to secure a win.
