There was no surprise when 10th rankedFabo Herons (12-10) lost on the road to fourth ranked Crema (15-7) 95-77 on Sunday. Crema dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Fabo Herons ' 22. They outrebounded Fabo Herons 40-26 including 33 on the defensive glass. Crema looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. It was an exceptional evening for point guard Marco Giacomini (182-1994) who led the winners and scored 18 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists. Alberto Cacace (198-1996) accounted for 20 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side. Crema's coach Andrea Gabrielli used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. point guard Filippo Rossi (193-1997) came up with 13 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists and forward Yannick Giombini (201-2001, agency: SLN) added 13 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Fabo Herons in the defeat. Five Fabo Herons players scored in double figures. Crema moved-up to third place, which they share with Montecatini. Loser Fabo Herons dropped to the seventh position with ten games lost. They share it with Imola ACosta and Omegna.
