Very expected game when 18th rankedMonferrato (4-21) lost to seventh ranked Legnano (15-9) in Casale 76-89 on Sunday. Legnano dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Monferrato 's 18. Legnano had a 33-17 advantage in offensive rebounds. Swingman Guglielmo Sodero (191-1993) notched 20 points and 5 assists to lead the effort and point guard Francesco Oboe (185-2000) supported him with 17 points and 8 rebounds. Even 16 points and 5 rebounds by Argentinian Tomas Zanzottera (190-1993) did not help to save the game for Monferrato . Marco Rupil (192-2001) added 21 points for the hosts.
