Very predictable result when fifth rankedScafati (19-11) defeated on the road 18th ranked Pistoia (7-23) 97-82 on Sunday. Scafati looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. The best player for the winners was American forward Terry Allen (203-1993, college: Richmond, agency: One Motive Sports) who had a double-double by scoring 17 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists. The other American import guard Caleb Walker (194-1989, college: Nebraska) chipped in 19 points and 7 rebounds. Scafati's coach Alessandro Crotti used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Gabriele Stefanini (191-1999, college: USF, agency: BIG) who recorded 19 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists and Croatian power forward Ivan Buva (207-1991) added 17 points and 9 rebounds respectively. Five Scafati and four Pistoia players scored in double figures. Scafati moved-up to third place, which they share with Livorno Libertas. Pistoia lost fourth consecutive game.
