There was no surprise when 15th rankedForli (11-21) was outplayed on the road by fourth ranked Scafati (22-11) 96-72 on Sunday. Scafati outrebounded Forli 38-26 including 26 on the defensive glass. Scafati shot the lights out from three sinking 15 long-distance shots on high 51.7 percentage. The best player for the winners was American forward Terry Allen (203-1993, college: Richmond, agency: One Motive Sports) who had a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds. His fellow American import guard Caleb Walker (194-1989, college: Nebraska) chipped in 17 points and 4 assists. Scafati's coach Alessandro Crotti felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was point guard Simone Pepe (184-1993, agency: SLN) who recorded 28 points and the former international Pietro Aradori (195-1988) added 11 points and 6 rebounds respectively. Five Scafati and four Forli players scored in double figures. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Scafati . They moved-up to second place, which they share with Fortitudo. Loser Forli keeps the fifteenth position with 21 games lost.
