There was an upset in Montecatini where higher rankedTreviglio (18-13) was defeated by tenth ranked Fabo Herons (18-14) 86-68 on Sunday. It was a great shooting night for Fabo Herons especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 57.9 percentage. The best player for the winners was swingman Riccardo Chinellato (198-2000, agency: SLN) who scored 24 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Lithuanian Lukas Aukstikalnis (196-1995) chipped in 16 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Five Fabo Herons players scored in double figures. Fabo Herons' coach Federico Barsotti allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. At the other side the best for losing team was naturalized Brazilian guard Ygor Morina (190-2004) who recorded 10 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and guard Marco Restelli (190-2004) added 11 points respectively. Fabo Herons moved-up to eighth place. Loser Treviglio dropped to the fifth position with 13 games lost. They share it with Piacenza UCC and Legnano.
