Everything went according to plan when tenth rankedJesi (16-17) defeated at home 13th ranked Ravenna (12-21) 90-78 on Sunday. Jesi made 23-of-26 free shots (88.5 percent) during the game, while Ravenna only scored six points from the stripe. It was an exceptional evening for Icelandic swingman Kristinn Palsson (198-1997, college: Marist, agency: SLN) who led the winners and scored 27 points and 8 rebounds (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line). Naturalized Argentinian point guard Lucas Maglietti (181-2003) accounted for 17 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists for the winning side. Four Jesi players scored in double figures. Lithuanian Rolandas Jakstas (202-1992) came up with 12 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists and point guard Gabriele Romeo (182-1997) added 20 points respectively for Ravenna in the defeat. Ravenna's coach Andrea Auletta let to play ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Jesi maintains tenth place with 16-17 record, which they share with Vicenza. Loser Ravenna keeps the thirteenth position with 21 games lost. They share it with Nocera.
