There was no surprise when 11th rankedDesio (17-17) was outplayed on the road by seventh ranked Legnano (20-14) 87-63 on Wednesday. Legnano made 21-of-25 free shots (84.0 percent) during the game. Legnano outrebounded Desio 45-30 including a 36-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was naturalized Serbian power forward Arsenije Stepanovic (206-2000, agency: SLN) who had a double-double by scoring 25 points and 12 rebounds. point guard Francesco Oboe (185-2000) chipped in 15 points and 6 assists. Four Legnano players scored in double figures.
