We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 13th rankedCantu (9-20) was defeated at home by fourteenth ranked Treviso (9-19) 80-72 on Sunday. Treviso dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Cantu 's 32. The best player for the winners was American forward Ed Croswell (203-1999, college: Providence) who had a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds. His fellow American import point guard Briante Weber (188-1992, college: VCU) chipped in 13 points and 6 assists. Four Treviso players scored in double figures. The former international guard Riccardo Moraschini (194-1991) produced 15 points and American forward Xavier Sneed (196-1997, college: Kansas St., agency: Octagon Europe) added 9 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for the hosts. Cantu's coach Nicola Brienza rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Treviso have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to thirteenth place. Newly promoted Cantu dropped to the fourteenth position with 20 games lost.
