NKL top team -Telsiai (6-2) had no problems winning another game on Saturday. This time they crushed ninth ranked Omega-Tauras (5-3) 92-70 . Telsiai looked well-organized offensively handing out 31 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Omega-Tauras ' players. The best player for the winners was center Lukas Valantinas (205-2001) who had a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field). Gediminas Lesciauskas (197-2001) chipped in 18 points. Robert Subotkevic (203-1998) produced 25 points and 9 rebounds and point guard Dominykas Domarkas (192-1992) added 13 points and 6 assists respectively for the guests. Telsiai have a solid three-game winning streak. Despite that victory Telsiai went down to second position due to points difference. Newly promoted Omega-Tauras dropped to the third place with three games lost. They share the position with Neptunas-Akv. and Zalgiris II.
