Worth to mention about the upset in a game betweenPodgorica (14-7) and Vukovi Zeta (6-16), which took place in Golubovci. Higher ranked Podgorica lost to twelfth ranked Vukovi Zeta in a road game 82-88 on Saturday. Vukovi Zeta forced 20 Podgorica turnovers. Strangely Podgorica outrebounded Vukovi Zeta 39-23 including 17 on the offensive glass. The winners were led by American point guard Craig Sabb (183-1999, college: Pfeiffer) who scored that evening 19 points and 6 assists and Miljan Marinovic (193-2002) supported him with 20 points. Sabb is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Vukovi Zeta players scored in double figures. Even a double-double of 17 points and 10 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) by American power forward Anthony Smith (201-1997, college: Murray St.) did not help to save the game for Podgorica . Forward Marko Radunovic (198-2006) added 14 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Vukovi Zeta moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Ibar. Loser Podgorica dropped to the sixth position with seven games lost.
