Regular Season Round 3: Lovcen - Ibar 73-71

The most exciting game of round 3 in the Erste Liga took place in Cetinje. This derby game ended with only two-point defeat on the road of Ibar (0-3) to Lovcen (3-0) 73-71 on Saturday evening. Host team only slightly avoided a big embarassment. The best player for the winners was American forward Kingsley Perkins (203, college: LSSU) who had a double-double by scoring 18 points and 14 rebounds. The former international point guard Milutin Djukanovic (188-1991, agency: Interperformances) chipped in 18 points and 4 steals. At the other side the best for losing team was Slovenian swingman Matija Kalan (198-2001) who recorded 23 points and 5 rebounds and swingman Armin Kalic (193-1992) added 15 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists respectively. Lovcen is looking forward to face Vukovi Zeta (#9) in Golubovci in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Ibar will play at home against Kotor and hopes to get finally their first victory.
