Regular Season Round 15: Primorje 1945 - Derby 95-86

Erste Liga top team -Primorje 1945 (13-2) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat eighth ranked Derby (5-9) in Herceg Novi 95-86 . Primorje 1945 shot 63.3 percent from the field. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. Derby was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a great evening for Serbian forward Jovan Sljivancanin (196-1999, college: Carroll, MT, agency: Octagon Europe) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists. Forward Nikola Rakocevic (200-2002) helped adding 15 points (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). Four Primorje 1945 players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was forward Danilo Nikezic (201-2007) with 20 points and Croatian forward Zvonimir Dujakovic (206-2008) scored 12 points. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Primorje 1945 have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain first place with 13-2 record. Derby at the other side dropped to the ninth position with nine games lost.
