Regular Season Round 19: Centrum - Kongsberg 86-99

The game in Oslo was quite interesting. Third rankedKongsberg (17-6) played at the court of 5th ranked Centrum (13-9). Kongsberg defeated Centrum 99-86 on Sunday. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Centrum. It was a great evening for American guard Austin Patterson (190-2002, college: Montana) who led his team to a victory scoring 26 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists (made all of his nine free throws !!!). His fellow American import forward Edward Jones Jr (196, college: KWC) helped adding 18 points and 9 rebounds. At the losing side international power forward Lars Larsson (209-1999, college: Lourdes) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 12 rebounds and forward Fredrik Kleivdal (202-2005) scored 17 points and 9 rebounds. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Centrum's coach Jarl Jespersen rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Kongsberg moved-up to second place. Centrum at the other side keeps the fifth position with nine games lost.
