Everything went according to plan when third rankedKongsberg (17-6) beat at home bottom-ranked Asker Aliens (2-19) 95-81 . Kongsberg outrebounded Asker Aliens 38-27 including 24 on the defensive glass. Kongsberg players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Austin Patterson (190-2002, college: Montana) who led the winners and scored 28 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. His fellow American import forward Edward Jones Jr (196, college: KWC) accounted for 26 points and 5 assists for the winning side. Kongsberg's coach Stein Erik Rotegaard allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Eldar Alagic (-2004) came up with 20 points and 7 rebounds and Oliver Bergstad (-2004) added 13 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists respectively for Asker Aliens in the defeat.
