A very close game took place in Dabrowa Gornicza betweenTwarde Pierniki and MKS . Thirteenth ranked Twarde Pierniki (6-9) got a very close victory on the road over 16th ranked MKS (3-12). Twarde Pierniki managed to escape with a 3-point win 101-98 on Thursday evening. Arriva P.Cukier made 22-of-29 free shots (75.9 percent) during the game. Strangely MKS outrebounded Arriva P.Cukier 33-21 including a 27-13 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was American guard Michael Ertel II (186-1999, college: UAB) who scored 23 points and 6 assists. Grzegorz Kaminski (200-2000) chipped in 14 points. Five Twarde Pierniki players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American guard Teyvon Myers (188-1994, college: WVU) who recorded 41 points (!!!), 5 rebounds and 8 assists and the other American import guard Raymond Cowels III (191-1990, college: Santa Clara) added 20 points and 5 rebounds respectively. Arriva P.Cukier moved-up to tenth place, which they share with 5 other teams. MKS lost tenth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 12 games lost.
