Regular Season Round 16: Stal - Dziki 94-67

We should mention about the upset which took place in Ostrow Wielkopolski, where 7th rankedDziki (8-8) was outleveled in a road game by tenth ranked Stal (7-9) 94-67 on Sunday. Stal dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Dziki 's 24. Stal looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of Lithuanian guard Adas Juskevicius (194-1989) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and 4 assists and the former international power forward Damian Kulig (205-1987) who added 16 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. Five Stal players scored in double figures. At the losing side Swedish forward Denzel Andersson (204-1996) responded with 18 points and American forward Andre Wesson (198-1997, college: Ohio St., agency: Players Group) scored 17 points. Dziki's coach Krzysztof Szablowski gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Stal maintains tenth position with 7-9 record, which they share with Zastal. Loser Dziki keeps the seventh place with eight games lost. They share the position with Slask and Czarni.
