OBL top team -Anwil (15-3) added another victory to their record on Sunday. This time they beat seventh ranked Czarni (9-9) in Wloclawek 92-86 . It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Czarni. The best player for the winners was American guard PJ Pipes (188-1999, college: Santa Clara) who scored 26 points and 4 assists. The former international Luke Petrasek (206-1995, college: Columbia) chipped in a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds. Anwil's coach Selcuk Ernak used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. At the other side the best for losing team was American guard Alex Stein (191-1997, college: S.Indiana) who recorded 19 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists and his fellow American import point guard Loren Jackson (173-1996, college: Akron) added 17 points and 5 assists respectively. Five Anwil and four Czarni players scored in double figures. Anwil maintains first position with 15-3 record. Loser Czarni keeps the seventh place with nine games lost. They share the position with Slask.
