Rather expected game when 7th rankedGornik (14-12) lost to fifth ranked Legia (16-10) in Walbrzych 72-79 on Thursday. American-Guyanese Kameron McGusty (197-1997, college: Miami, FL) notched 29 points and 5 rebounds to lead the effort and Croatian center Mate Vucic (206-1997, agency: 011 Sports) supported him with 9 points and 13 rebounds. Even 20 points by American point guard Alterique Gilbert (183-1997, college: Wichita St.) did not help to save the game for Gornik . The former international center Dariusz Wyka (209-1991) added 12 points and 10 rebounds for the hosts. Gornik's coach Andrzej Adamek rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Legia moved-up to third place, which they share with King and Start. Gornik lost fourth consecutive game. Newly promoted team dropped to the sixth position with 12 games lost. They share it with Slask and Czarni.
