Very important is a home loss of third rankedLegia (16-11) against thirteenth ranked GTK (10-17) on Saturday night. Host Legia was edged by GTK in a tough game in Warszawa 84-87 . It was an exceptional evening for Slovakian point guard Mario Ihring (193-1998, agency: Octagon Europe) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 8 rebounds and 11 assists. Swedish-American swingman Christopher Czerapowicz (201-1991, college: Davidson, agency: BIG) accounted for 13 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side. Five GTK players scored in double figures. American-Guyanese Kameron McGusty (197-1997, college: Miami, FL) came up with 29 points and 4 steals and Latvian Ojars Silins (201-1993) added 19 points respectively for Legia in the defeat. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. GTK moved-up to twelfth place, which they share with Zastal. Legia at the other side keeps the third position with 11 games lost. They share it with King and Start.
