There was an upset in Dabrowa Gornicza where 4th placedWilki Morskie (8-4) was defeated by eleventh ranked MKS (6-7) 102-93 on Monday. MKS made 27-of-32 free shots (84.4 percent) during the game. American power forward EJ Montgomery (208-1999, college: Kentucky) fired a double-double by scoring 18 points and 14 rebounds for the winners. His fellow American import guard Luther Muhammad (191-1999, college: Arizona St., agency: Inception Sports) chipped in 20 points. Five MKS players scored in double figures. Serbian forward Nemanja Popovic (205-2001) produced 23 points and 7 rebounds (made all of his seven free throws) and Serbian point guard Jovan Novak (191-1994) added 7 points, 7 rebounds and 9 assists respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. MKS moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Stal. Loser Wilki Morskie keeps the fourth position with four games lost.
