There was no surprise when 12th rankedLeszno (3-13) was outplayed on the road by third ranked Ziebice (12-4) 90-46 on Saturday. Ziebice forced 25 Leszno turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Leszno 's players. The best player for the winners was power forward Milena Maciejczyk (180-2008) who scored 16 points and 6 rebounds. Belgian Anna Jasinska (181-2002) chipped in 10 points and 7 rebounds. Four Ziebice players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Wiktoria Raczynska (166-1998) who recorded 9 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and point guard Iga Walentowska (170-1994) added 10 points and 6 rebounds respectively. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Ziebice have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. They maintain third place with 12-4 record behind leader Enea AZS 2, which they share with Pruszkow. Leszno lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the twelfth position with 13 games lost. They share it with Jelenia Gora 2.
