Very important is a home loss of third rankedArka (12-6) against seventh ranked Anwil (10-8) on Saturday night. Host Arka was defeated by Anwil in Gdynia 97-82 . Anwil players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Arka was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Croatian center Mate Vucic (206-1997, agency: 011 Sports) notched a double-double by scoring 14 points and 12 rebounds to lead the effort and American forward Tyler Wahl (206-2001, college: Wisconsin) supported him with 12 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists. Even a double-double of 15 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists by American Mike Okauru (191-1999, college: UNCW) did not help to save the game for Arka . The former international Jaroslaw Zyskowski (203-1992) added 23 points. Five Anwil and four Arka players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Anwil maintains seventh position with 10-8 record, which they share with Zastal. Arka at the other side keeps the third place with six games lost. They share the position with Legia.
