No shocking result in a game when first ranked Polonia (20-1) defeated on the road 6th ranked Rybnik (13-8) 90-75 on Saturday. Bytom looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists. It was a great evening for point guard Wojciech Zub (181-1995) who led his team to a victory scoring 23 points. Jaroslaw Gizynski (196-1999) helped adding 19 points and 7 rebounds. Polonia's coach Mariusz Bacik used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Guard Mateusz Zebrok (187-2002) responded with 17 points and 4 assists and point guard Piotr Kawczynski (185-2002) scored 11 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Five Bytom and four Rybnik players scored in double figures. The victory was the sixteenth consecutive win for Polonia . Bytom maintains first place with 20-1 record. Loser Rybnik keeps the sixth position with eight games lost.
