There was a small surprise in Dabrowa Gornicza where thirteenth rankedMKS (7-14) beat 10th ranked Stal (9-14) 97-91 on Sunday. MKS DG 2 made 19-of-22 free shots (86.4 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when MKS DG 2 made 7 blocks. It was a great evening for Maciej Zablocki (197-2004) who led his team to a victory scoring 29 points and 5 rebounds. Dawid Boryka (188-1997) helped adding 18 points and 5 assists. Four MKS players scored in double figures. MKS's coach Wojciech Wieczorek used an eleven-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Swingman Jakub Kunc (192-2003) responded with 31 points and 8 rebounds and guard Wiktor Siemianiuk (186-2004) scored 32 points. MKS DG 2 moved-up to twelfth place. Stal lost their third game in a row. They keep the tenth position with 14 games lost. They share it with Jaroslaw and Slask 2.
