There was a surprise result when fifteenth rankedPoznanskie Ekspresy (4-18) beat at home higher ranked Pyra (9-13) 85-77 on Saturday. Wiara Lecha forced 22 Pyra turnovers. The winners were led by power forward Jakub Rogulski (198-1994) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 17 points and 12 rebounds and guard Jakub Dluzynski (174-2006) supported him with 20 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Poznanskie Ekspresy players scored in double figures. Even 32 points by point guard Patryk Plewinski (180-2001) did not help to save the game for Pyra . Guard Aleksander Adamczak (192-2000) added 17 points and 5 assists. Pyra's coach Tomasz Semmler rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Wiara Lecha maintains fifteenth position with 4-18 record. Pyra lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the tenth place with 13 games lost.
