Not a big story in a game when 16th rankedMiasto Szkla (3-17) lost to twelfth ranked Twarde Pierniki (8-12) in Torun 105-112 on Tuesday. Arriva P.Cukier made 36-of-46 free shots (78.3 percent) during the game. Strangely Krosno outrebounded Arriva P.Cukier 45-29 including 16 on the offensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. The winners were led by Slovenian Aljaz Kunc (205-1999, college: Iowa St.) who scored that evening 30 points and 8 rebounds and American guard Noah Thomasson (190-2001, college: Georgia) supported him with 24 points and 10 assists. Even a double-double of 25 points and 15 rebounds by American forward Jairus Hamilton (203-2000, college: WKU) did not help to save the game for Krosno . His fellow American import point guard Ben Shungu (188-1997, college: Vermont) added 22 points, 7 rebounds and 10 assists (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) for the guests. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Miasto Szkla's coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Arriva P.Cukier maintains twelfth position with 8-12 record. Loser Miasto Szkla stay at the bottom place with 17 games lost.
