The most exciting game of round 25 in the 1Liga took place in Lodz. This derby game ended with only two-point home defeat of their biggest opponentLodz (16-6) to first ranked Enea Astoria (20-3) 75-73 in the game for the first place. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Lodz. Bydgoszcz looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Adam Kemp (208-1990, college: Marist) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 19 points and 16 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). The former international swingman Michal Chylinski (196-1986, agency: Interperformances) contributed with 19 points for the winners. American point guard Jaquan Carlos (183-2002, college: Syracuse) answered with 16 points and 7 rebounds and forward Dominik Grudzinski (204-1998) added 14 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Lodz. Four Lodz players scored in double figures. Lodz's coach Robert Skibniewski tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Enea Astoria have an impressive series of eight victories in a row. Bydgoszcz maintains first place with 20-3 record. Lodz at the other side keeps the second position with six games lost.
