There was no surprise when 6th rankedSosnowiec (17-13) lost on the road to fourth ranked Kielce (20-10) 88-78 on Saturday. Kielce made 21-of-23 free shots (91.3 percent) during the game. Kielce outrebounded Sosnowiec 51-33 including a 18-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. Wojciech Pisarczyk (201-1988) notched a double-double by scoring 19 points, 15 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the effort and swingman Oskar Lesisz (193-2004) supported him with 15 points and 13 rebounds. Kielce's coach Rafal Gil used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even a triple-double of 18 points, 16 rebounds and 10 assists (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field) by American guard Christian Guess (199-1998, college: PVAMU) did not help to save the game for Sosnowiec . Guard Wojciech Nojszewski (190-2003) added 21 points and 5 rebounds. Five Kielce and four Sosnowiec players scored in double figures. Kielce maintains fourth position with 20-10 record. Loser Sosnowiec dropped to the fifth place with 13 games lost. They share the position with 7 other teams.
