Regular Season Round 36: Spisski Rytieri - Lucenec 91-89

Eighth-ranked Lucenec (13-23) was very close to win a game against seventh ranked Spisski Rytieri (18-18) in Nova Ves. Spisski Rytieri managed to secure only two-point victory 91-89. However their fans expected easier game. American players dominated also this game. Worth to mention a great performance of Nigel Hawkins (192-2000, college: SF Austin) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and 5 rebounds and point guard Dwayne Cohill (188-2000, college: YSU) who added 17 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was forward Alfred Hollins (198-1999, college: UTEP) with 23 points and 7 rebounds and forward Eric Boone (188-1999, college: NCCU) produced a double-double by scoring 12 points, 7 rebounds and 10 assists. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Spisski Rytieri moved-up to sixth place. Lucenec at the other side keeps the eighth position with 23 games lost. They share it with Iskra Svit.
