The most exciting game of round 20 in the Liga Endesa took place in Lugo. This derby game ended with only two-point defeat on the road of second-rankedUnicaja (15-5) to thirteenth ranked Breogan Lugo (8-12) 81-79 on Saturday evening. It was quite big embarassment for the guest team. The best player for the winners was American Darrun Hilliard (198-1993, college: Villanova) who scored 15 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. The former international forward Eric Vila (209-1998, college: UTEP) chipped in 21 points (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). American swingman Kameron Taylor (198-1994, college: Seton Hill) produced 7 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and American-Montenegrin point guard Kendrick Perry (183-1992, college: YSU) added 13 points and 4 assists respectively for the guests. Four Unicaja players scored in double figures. Unicaja's coach Ibon Navarro tried various players' combinations and tested in total twelve players in this game, but that didn't help. Rio Breogan moved-up to twelfth place. Unicaja at the other side keeps the second position with five games lost. They share it with Tenerife.
