No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked Cantbasket (13-10) beat 7th ranked Mondragon (11-12) in Santander 75-70 on Saturday. It was an exceptional evening for forward Alvaro Reyes (201-1997, college: MSU Denver) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 14 rebounds. Forward Jorge Otero (195-2004) accounted for 14 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side. Ekaitz Madinabeitia (183-2003) came up with 15 points and 4 assists and Aitzol Lagunilla (198-2003) added 11 points and 12 rebounds respectively for Mondragon in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Cantbasket maintains fourth place with 13-10 record, which they share with 3 other teams.
