Regular Season Round 1: Picken Claret - Viladecans 80-66

Picken Claret used a home court advantage and defeated the opponent from Barcelona 80-66 on Saturday night. Picken Claret outrebounded Viladecans 46-25 including a 16-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. Point guard Eva Cases (168-1997) stepped up and scored 22 points and 8 rebounds for the winners and chipped in 14 points. At the losing side responded with 14 points and 6 rebounds and Paula Curto scored 17 points. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Picken Claret will meet GMASB in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Viladecans will play against Genero and hope to win that game.
