Everything went according to plan in Barcelona where first rankedNavas (7-2) won against 11th ranked Tecla Sala (2-6) 87-72 on Sunday. Navas outrebounded Tecla Sala 42-24 including a 31-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Navas looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of Pol Mones (193-2002) who helped to win the game recording 22 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) and Aboubacar Keita who added 14 points and 10 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) during the contest. Naturalized Gambian forward Omaru Toure (199-1994) responded with 17 points and forward Joel Juarez (195-2002, agency: BIG) scored 10 points and 6 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Tecla Sala's coach rotated eleven players and allowed the starting five to rest. Navas maintains first position with 7-2 record.
