Very expected game in Santiago de Compostela where 9th rankedZamora (5-7) was rolled over by second ranked Monbus Obradoiro (9-2) 106-80 on Tuesday. Obradoiro dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Zamora 's 32 and made 18-of-22 free shots (81.8 percent) during the game. Obradoiro looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. Five Zamora players scored in double figures. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Monbus Obradoiro have an impressive nine-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 9-2 record having just two points less than leader Coruna. Zamora lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the eleventh place with seven games lost.
