There was a minor upset when higher rankedAridane (6-6) was defeated on the road by ninth ranked Talavera (6-6) 94-90 on Saturday. Worth to mention a great performance of Sandro Gacic who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 23 points and 11 rebounds and Carlos Unanue who added 31 points during the contest. The best for the losing side was Oriol Balsells with 15 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and swingman Jose Abril (192-2001, agency: BAGENCY CSA) scored 15 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Talavera have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to fifth place, which they share with 11 other teams including defeated Aridane .
