Very predictable result when eighth rankedLliria (8-7) edged at home 14th ranked Salou (2-13) 65-63 on Saturday. However just two-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Lliria outrebounded Salou 44-32 including 17 on the offensive glass. The best player for the winners was center Michael Enabulele (200-2006) who had a double-double by scoring 10 points and 13 rebounds. point guard Victor Perez (180-1990) chipped in 13 points and 6 assists. Four Lliria players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Alex Llorca (192-1989) who recorded 15 points and 5 rebounds and American swingman Charles Knowles (196-1993, college: William Penn) added 11 points and 5 rebounds respectively. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Lliria moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Clavijo and Toledo. Salou lost their fifth game in a row.
