Worth to mention about the upset in a game betweenAl-Qazeres (9-8) and NBF Castello (6-11), which took place in Castellon. Higher ranked Al-Qazeres lost to twelfth ranked NBF Castello in a road game 66-70 . American center Gianna Aiello (193, college: Brown) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds for the winners and Argentinian guard Alma Bourgarel (170-2006) chipped in 20 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). NBF Castello's coach Jaume Tormo allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Argentinian forward Victoria Gauna (185-2001) responded with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 13 rebounds and center Nerea Liste (-2003) scored 11 points. NBF Castello moved-up to eleventh place, which they share with Lima-Horta. Al-Qazeres at the other side keeps the seventh position with eight games lost.
