Segunda FEB top team -Castello (13-3) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat eighth ranked Getafe (7-9) in Castellon 85-74 . Castello forced 21 Getafe turnovers. The winners were led by Pedro Carrero (203-1998) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 21 points and 11 rebounds and American center Diante Bah (204-1997, college: Rowan) supported him with 20 points and 8 rebounds. Bah is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Even 15 points and 6 rebounds by swingman Guillermo Mulero (191-1997) did not help to save the game for Getafe . Forward Jorge Parra (192-1998) added 13 points and 7 rebounds for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Castello have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 13-3 record. Getafe lost third consecutive game. They keep the eighth place with nine games lost. They share the position with Azulejos and Benicarlo.
