The biggest surprise of round 19 in LF Challenge was guestMelilla 's (#4) road victory over Ardoi (#5) 72-68 on Sunday evening. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Ardoi. Guard Alejandra Sanchez (174-2002) fired a double-double by scoring 26 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Brazilian forward Raphaella Monteiro (181-1995) chipped in 11 points and 6 rebounds (made all of her seven free throws). Argentinian center Julieta Mungo (181-1997) produced a double-double by scoring 11 points and 10 rebounds and point guard Mamen Blanco (165-2000) added 15 points respectively for lost side. Four Ardoi players scored in double figures. Melilla (14-5) have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain fourth place. Ardoi at the other side keeps the fifth position with six games lost.
