We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams in Madrid where 7th rankedHuesca (12-9) was defeated by eighth ranked Getafe (10-11) 88-80 on Saturday. The best player for the winners was Nigerian forward Mohammed Abdulsalam (206-1997, college: UNCG, agency: Olsta) who had a double-double by scoring 17 points and 11 rebounds. Guinean Jose Antonio Maleva (-2005) chipped in a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was swingman Hector Figueroa (194-2001) who recorded 21 points and Guillem Vazquez (198-2003, agency: BIG) added 12 points and 7 rebounds respectively. Four Huesca players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Getafe maintains eighth place with 10-11 record.
