Rather predictable result in Badalona where fourth rankedGran Canaria (15-7) defeated 8th ranked Joventut (5-19) 69-59 on Saturday. G.Canaria U22 dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Joventut 's 30. G.Canaria U22 forced 24 Joventut U22 turnovers. The best player for the winners was Cameroonian Wilfried Tsafack (-2007) who had a double-double by scoring 20 points and 12 rebounds. DR Congolese forward Mervedi Miteo (208-2008) chipped in a double-double by scoring 16 points and 13 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was Eric Del Castillo (198-2007) who recorded 13 points and forward Adrian Torres (203-2006, agency: BIG) added 2 points and 12 rebounds respectively.
