There was a small surprise in San Sebastian where tenth rankedIDK Euskotren (11-14) beat 8th ranked Ferrol (12-13) 67-51 on Sunday. Canadian forward Yvonne Ejim (185-2002, college: Gonzaga) fired 20 points and 8 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) for the winners. Swingman Maria Erauncetamurgil (176-1998) chipped in 9 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. American swingman Moira Joiner (178-2000, college: Michigan St.) produced 11 points and 7 rebounds and guard Blanca Millan (185-1998, college: Maine) added 14 points respectively for lost side. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. IDK Euskotren maintains tenth place with 11-14 record. Loser Ferrol keeps the eighth position with 13 games lost. They share it with Estudiantes.
