Very expected game in Los Llanos where 9th rankedGuadalajara (10-14) was defeated by fourth ranked Aridane (14-9) 87-70 on Sunday. Aridane forced 22 Guadalajara turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of naturalized Argentinian forward Adriano Gase (198-2004) who helped to win the game recording 23 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists and French forward Pierre-Gabriel Gouffran (203-2001, college: State College FL) who added 16 points (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!) during the contest. Four Aridane players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was Senegalese Mouhamed Diallo (-2002) with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds and Venezuelan power forward Luis Valera (201-1988, college: UTRGV) scored 12 points. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Aridane have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain fourth position with 14-9 record, which they share with Marbella. Loser Guadalajara dropped to the eighth place with 14 games lost. They share the position with 8 other teams.
