There was no surprise when 11th rankedSalesianos (7-18) lost on the road to eighth ranked Sigaltec (11-14) 83-74 on Saturday. Strangely Salesianos outrebounded Sigaltec 46-32 including 33 on the defensive glass. Oscar Castano nailed 13 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side and Slovakian Adrian Kovacs accounted for 21 points. Sigaltec's coach used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Center David Guerra (205-1989) came up with 23 points and 9 rebounds and Gambian center Alou Gaye (208-2002, agency: BAGENCY CSA) added 14 points and 8 rebounds respectively for Salesianos in the defeat. The victory was the fifth consecutive win for Sigaltec . They moved-up to seventh place, which they share with 10 other teams. Salesianos lost their third game in a row. They keep the eleventh position with 18 games lost. They share it with 4 other teams.
