There was an upset in Vitoria-Gasteiz where higher rankedFerrol (13-16) was crushed by fifteenth ranked Araski (10-19) 86-66 on Saturday. Araski outrebounded Ferrol 41-26 including 31 on the defensive glass. Canadian center Quinn Urbaniak-Dornstauder (193-1995, college: Arizona St.) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds for the winners and power forward Noa Morro (190-2004) chipped in 15 points and 8 rebounds. Five Araski players scored in double figures. Araski's coach Madelen Urieta used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. American swingman Moira Joiner (178-2000, college: Michigan St.) responded with 23 points and guard Blanca Millan (185-1998, college: Maine) scored 15 points and 5 rebounds. Araski moved-up to fourteenth place, which they share with Joventut. Ferrol lost third consecutive game. They keep the ninth position with 16 games lost.
