Everything went according to plan when third rankedUCAM (23-9) defeated 9th ranked Unicaja (16-15) in Murcia 87-69 on Sunday. They made 22-of-27 free shots (81.5 percent) during the game. The winners were led by American-Slovakian point guard David DeJulius (183-1999, college: Cincinnati) who scored that evening 15 points and 6 assists and American Kelan Martin (201-1995, college: Butler) supported him with 14 points. Four UCAM players scored in double figures. Even a double-double of 10 points and 10 assists by American-Montenegrin point guard Kendrick Perry (183-1992, college: YSU) did not help to save the game for Unicaja . The former international forward Jonathan Barreiro (203-1997, agency: Octagon Europe) added 5 points and 12 rebounds for the guests. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Murcia moved-up to second place, which they share with Barca and Baskonia. Unicaja lost third consecutive game. They keep the ninth position with 15 games lost.
