Boras used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from Nassjo 80-69 on Friday night. Canadian point guard Ali Sow (185-1998, college: Laurier, agency: Players Group) nailed 22 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for the winning side and American forward AJ Clayton (203, college: Ohio) accounted for 18 points and 9 rebounds. Four Boras players scored in double figures. Australian guard Mirko Djeric (193-1995) came up with 22 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists and power forward Abdou Medjedoub (198-1993) added 6 points and 13 rebounds respectively for Nassjo in the defeat. Boras will meet Umea on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Nassjo will play against BC Lulea and hope to win that game.
